Both principals of Saratoga have a minimum of 20 years of direct property investment (acquisitions), asset management, project finance, and dispositions. Saratoga Capital Partners is also fully vertically integrated and manages its own assets through its management arm ML Property Group.
ML Property Group has a corporate staff of 16 professionals who specialize in operations, capital projects, risk, compliance, and accounting. These 16 professionals have decades of experience in the markets we operate in and oversee another 100 site staff employees who handle the day-to-day operations at each property. Given our experience and depth of resources, we have learned over the last 12 years that no matter the market, when you are in the business of buying projects there is always opportunity.
