Leadership

Matt Millman, Principal

Prior to starting Saratoga Capital Partners, Matt was a Vice President at Heritage Capital Group where he operated a 1,350 unit multifamily portfolio in the Middle Atlantic with a cost basis of $96.00M. Prior to joining Heritage Capital Group as Portfolio Manager in 2009, Matt worked in the Ernst & Young Transaction Real Estate Group where he advised clients on a range of issues such as debt and equity placement, acquisition and disposition of office, retail, multifamily assets and developer selection projects for a myriad of clients. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Matt was the Director of Acquisitions for Cohen Commercial Properties and American Commercial Realty. Matt is a graduate of Skidmore College and holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from New York University.

Matt has executed over 24 acquisitions/dispositions and 45 financings totaling over $900,000,000 in the last 10 years, of which he is the managing member of 13 of them.

Len Novick, Principal

Since 2001 Mr. Novick has been a Principal at Estreich and Company, Inc., a New York based capital advisory firm that provides competitive debt and equity solutions to its clients. Mr. Novick has successfully completed over $8 billion in equity and debt financing secured by shopping centers, office, multifamily, retail and single tenant net leased properties. In addition, Mr. Novick has extensive experience in note and property sales, land acquisition, construction and note financing. Mr. Novick has been an active real estate investor for over a decade. Prior to joining Estreich & Co, Mr. Novick co-headed the investment sales department at GarrickAug Associates in Manhattan, specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers as well as single-tenant net leased properties. Mr. Novick has chaired multiple charity events benefiting The Lustgarten Foundation, raising awareness and critically needed funds for pancreatic cancer research. Mr. Novick is a member on the board of trustees of The Gunnery School in Washington, Connecticut. Mr. Novick obtained a BS from Syracuse University.

Allan Glickman, Controller

Allan is a CPA with over 30 years of experience with New York and national public accounting firms, providing tax and accounting services to commercial and residential real estate companies and real estate professionals. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NYS Society of CPA’s. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S in Accounting.
